How comfortable is long distance bus from Zhuhai's Gongbei to Guangzhou? Where to take the bus?

There are many good repeat answers in this forum. I would appreciate it very much if you could give a more complete answer so that there will be less people will ask the same questions? Based on this forum, is it correct that we can take the long distance bus going to Guangzhou from the Gongbei Bus Terminal (the one near the Customs Building?) or is it at the basement of the Gongbei Shopping Mall?

The trip takes about two to two & half hours with stops on the way. My question is how much is the fare and how comfortable are these buses? I remember those going to Shenzhen are comfortable and they have a TV set in the bus. Thank you.
