i have done a medical check in china, can i use it to apply for a z visa in philippines?

I already have my medical here in china last april its a requirement in getting a Z visa. . My question is if im going back to philippines to get a Z visa coz that's a requirement now that need to go back to your origin. Do i still need to get a medical check up again or my medical certificate here is ok.

The Physical Examination Record for Foreigner is valid for 6 months. If you have done it in April, 2011, you can use it now to apply for a China work visa in Philippines.
