I have done a medical check in China, can I use it to apply for a Z Visa in Philippines?

I already have my medical here in china last april its a requirement in getting a Z visa. . My question is if im going back to philippines to get a Z visa coz that's a requirement now that need to go back to your origin. Do i still need to get a medical check up again or my medical certificate here is ok.
