Transportation from Hongkong ferry terminal to Holiday inn Hotel causeway bay

Hi, I'd like to ask : What bus or MRT to take if we're from Hongkong ferry terminal to Holiday inn Hotel causeway bay? Thanks

The hotel is close to the exit A of Causeway Bay Metro station, therefore from the HK ferry terminal, you can walk to Sheung Wan Station to take Island Line and get off at Causeway Bat Station, then get out of the station from exit A, walk about 100m, you will get to the hotel.
