About:China Customs Declaration

Do I have to declare a digital picture frame (cost $100.00 US) at custom?

I will bring in a digital picture frame to China to show some family pictures to my grandparents. It costs around $100.00 US Dollars. Do I need to declare it when I enter China? Do I need to pay tax on it?
Thank you in advance!

No problem to bring it in, no tax on it and not necessary to declare.
