Long Distance Bus from Shanghai to Ningbo

We need to travel on Sunday, 14th of August, from Shanghai to Ningbo. Now I would like to know, from which station in Shanghai we can catch a Bus to Ningbo, how frequently Buses goes this way, and where we can buy Tickets before. We would prefer the connection via the new Bridge. We are interest in a fast Connection.
