1. what are the requirements on renewing z-visa in philippines?

Question

I will be on maternal leave for 6 mos and need to come back to Philippines by November this year to deliver my baby on January 2012. But my work permit and resident visa will be expired on January 2012. Our personnel told me that she can only renew my visa a month before it will expire and by that time I was already in Philippines. If will come back to China on May 2012, should I have to apply again a z-visa with the same requirements when I applied as a first time? Or if our personnel can apply me a work permit and resident visa  if I will send my passport in China?

Yes, if you come back to China on May 2012, you have to apply again a Z visa with the same requirements when you apply Z visa for the first time. Your personnel needs to send you work permit and official invitation letter again.
