I want to travel from Hongqaio airport to Howard Johnson Hotel, Jiu Jiang road, What is the best transportation  ?

The best way for you is to take subway line 2 from Hongqiao airport and get off at People's Square. Then get out of the station from exit 20 and walk along Jiujiang Lu towards east for about 500m, you will find the hotel.
