Need to walk alot in jiu zhai gou & huang long valley ??

I wanted to bring my mun & auntie to jiu zhai gou & huang long valley but both of them can't walk too far so is it still advisble to go ,does the coach or bus reach these destination or we have to alight & walk towards these scenic spot.. please advise .. Thanks
