About:Tax Refund

Bought alot of things from online shop(taobao)

I bought alot of things from taobao(online shop), in the payment they added tax in the goods that i bought. After buying those goods, i will pack the goods, and export it to other country by logistic.
So can i get the tax refund?
If yes, how?

I’m afraid you cannot. Because only the goods purchased in particular shops, you can get the tax refund.
