how can i apply for a visa to china to visit my daughter?

I am in Korea for 2 days and my intention is to visit my doughter in Shanghai. It will be possible to arrange  urgent visa procedure that to be back for my regular flight.

Sorry, I am not clear about your question above, Do you need return to Korea from China? In order to visit your daughter in Shanghai, you need to apply for a family visit visa (L). Where are you now? If you are in South Korea, it is almost impossible for you to get a China visa there since they require ARC card valid for more than 6 months.
