is it possible to obtain a tourist visa for china in one work day from chinese

Question

We (french and swiss citizens) are on a longer journey through asia and will go leave japan in a couple of days for russia and then china. we first wanted to apply for a china tourist visa in russia but it seems that it would be easier to do while still in japan. our question is whether there is the possibility to obtain a tourist visa for china in one work day? or within two short days like for ex. applying in the morning of july 27th at the embassy in tokyo and picking it up on july 28th in the morning, before leaving japan in the afternoon?  thank you in advance for your efforts.best regards

The regular processing time of a visa is 4 working days from Chinese embassy in Tokyo. For urgent cases, you can apply for the expedited service-2 working days processing.  However, the expedited service for China visa processing may not available at Chinese consulate in Japan. So, better start asap.
