About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I am China citizen. Can I apply Hong Kong visa for tour in HK after I left Thailand?

So, that means you have not got a Entry-Exit Permit (EEP) for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao in China before leaving. In this case, you can apply for a China Travel Document from Chinese embassy in Thailand now.
