how can i get an invitation letter of duty authorized unit for china business visa

I wanna apply for businness visa, but nobody can tell me, where can I get the Invitation Letter of Duty Authorized Unit.  I have Chinese company who wants to invite me, but they don`t know where to apply for this invitation letter. Please could you answer me. Thanks

the invitation letter should be issued by departments of the Chinese government, or companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. e.g. the local Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
