How can I get an Invitation Letter of Duty Authorized Unit for China business visa application?

I wanna apply for businness visa, but nobody can tell me, where can I get the Invitation Letter of Duty Authorized Unit. I have Chinese company who wants to invite me, but they don`t know where to apply for this invitation letter. Please could you answer me. Thanks
