about train ticket from Guangzhou to Shanghai

Hi
I am from Dubai. I want to visit china, so I already booked my ticket to Guangzhou for November. From Guangzhou I would like to take a train to shanghai. Can I buy ticket online and where they going to deliver it? Can they deliver me here in Dubai, there will be extra charges? or is it possible if I just booked and paid, later I can collect when I arrived in Guangzhou?
