I m holding Philippine passport..i want to ask what are the requirements for F visa and is it possible to get it and how long it will takes/?? i've been to China twice but only L visa.....

You need your original passport, Visa Application Form, one passport-size, Invitation Letter  or Confirmation Letter of Invitation from China, round-trip plane ticket, Hotel reservation, Previously used China visas. Generally, you will be granted an F visa if you provide the documents the visa officers require. The processing time needed is 4 working days, express service and rush service are also available.
