How is the weather in Sept ? From Kunming to LIjiang , is it comfortable to travel on road?

The temperature of the area in September is about 16-25 degrees. For it has higher altitude, ultraviolet radiation is greater, temperature varies greatly at daytime and night. So, need to bring warm coat. The rainy season there hasn't stopped in Sep, but much fewer rainfall. Generally speaking, nice time to visit in this month.1
