Hong Kong weather in november

me and my friends will be going there in november, how will be the weather? and is it really cheap to go shopping there? Thanks

November is a nice time to visit Hong Kong with an average temperature of about 19~24C. It is mild and easeful. To be honest, it is not cheap to go shopping in Hong Kong.
