How I apply my baby a China z visa from India embassy?

Dear Sir,
I'm having residence "z" visa and valid working permit in china for 5 years from my own company in Beijing, china,last year i got married in feb.2010, and my wife came to china and she also got residence visa(depenedent visa on me) valid until my visa i.e.sep 15th 2011,.

Before 4 months my wife had gone back to india for baby delivery, the baby is born last month, since both of us have valid residence visa so how can we get "z" visa for my baby ?

What documents are required to give to embassy?

for your baby, he/she can apply for a dependent visa as well accompanying your Z visa in China. Documents needed are as follows:
1. Proof of relationship - original birth certificate;
2. An original Visa Notice issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where yours from.
3. Copy of both yours and your wife's valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page.
4. Original passport.
5. Application forms V2011A and V2011B with photo stuck to it.
