Veg 3 star hotels at Yiwu & Shangai

I'm visiting China from 26th July'201 till 2nd August'2011. This is the first time I'm visiting at China. In this regards I need your guidance for the favorable trip.

If possible please provide us the details of places we can visit near Yiwu & Shangai & most importantly the Indian food Hotels[ veg] for stay at same places respectively.
