what are the hours of the visa office in ankara turkey? can I get a z visa in one day?

The visa office is generally opened to public during 09:00-12:00, Monday - Friday. If you want to apply for 1 day processing time rush service, you have to submit application before 09:30, then you can pick up your visa in the afternoon on the same day.
