I would like to know what fines or extra surcharges for Milk powder into china from australia

I would like to take about 12 * 900g tins of milk powder from australia to china. I would like to know what fines or extra surcharges are there? Thank you so much

It is only allowed to bring 2*900g milk podwer in, for extra ten, you have to pay surcharges, 20RMB per kilogram.
