How much will it cost? What is the frequency of the bus shuttle? Is there any for luggages at the bottom of the shuttle? Or do I have to bring it up with me onto the bus with me?

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 from Hongqiao airport to Pudong airport. The bus ticket fare is CNY30/person and the interval is about 15 - 25 minutes.
