can i use a hong kong "3" prepaid sim card in London

have g Kongan iphone4 and will buy a "3" prepaid in Hong Kong but am then going to London so can i use the same sim there

Usually, it can not be used when you go to London. Anyway, you'd better ask the seller clearly about this situation when you buy the card.
