Can I get visa on arrival at Hongkong since I am an Indian citizen with UAE Residence visa

I reside and work in Dubai as a Manager. Me and my family intend to visit Hongkong as tourists during August, 2011. Can we get visas on arrival as we will be traveling from India.

Indian passport holders can enter HK without visa if you will stay there for less than 14 days. You can just provide air tickets for leaving and hotel bookings in HK when entry.
