About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

Is there likely to be a jam for the shuttle bus between Hong Qiao --> PuDong usually?

Well, during the traffic peak hour, at about 8am-9am or 5pm-7pm, there may be a jam for the shuttle bus between Hongqiao Airport and Pudong airport.
