Was wondering if anyone can inform me how far is Leshan giant Budha from Chengdu, and is there public transportation?Thanks

It is about 150km by road from Chengdu to  Leshan Giant Buddha.  You can take bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Long-distance Bus Station to Leshan Xiaoba Bus Station, then take bus 13 to Leshan Giant Buddha.
