How may I check if my China visa is ready for collection?

I requested assistance from a local travel agency to submit application for China visa on my behalf. It has been more than 10 days, but the travel agency keeps saying the visa is still in process. Not sure what is happening & my travel is in 2 weeks time. Am asking this in case the travel agency made any mistake on my visa submission & will need to be corrected before my travel. I am Malaysian Chinese residing in KL. Thanks.

For regular service, it only takes 4 working days for visa processing. Now, you can't enquire the status of your visa application via China embassy in KL, in fact, the travel agency has to submit application to China Visa Application Service Center in Kl, then the center submit it into the China embassy in KL. You have to wait for the news of the travel agency, next time, you can apply visa in person.
