About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

Hi , I am planning to visit china (wuhan city) on 8th of august 2011 as a business trip, can you tell me the whole procedure of buiness visa application?

This is my first time visit to china.I will request you to suggest me with full details of VISA process .What are the documents that i have show during visa application and how many days ago i have to apply for visa.

You have to show the following documents for business visa application:
A. Visa Notification Form issued by the authorized government departments/companies/units in China, or formal Invitation Letter issued by renowned and creditable companies/units in China.

B. Visa recommendation letter from your employing company, organization, etc.

C. Other additional documents required according to the merits of each applicant, e.g. bank statements, round-trip air tickets booking, etc.

D. Your passport, filled visa application form V.2011A attached with one passport photo

Visa application could be delivered to the Consular Section of the Embassy either by the applicant or the entrusted travel agencies. Visa application by mail is not accepted.

Usually, it takes four working days to issue the visa. If the visa is needed earlier, additional urgent fee will be charged.
