Now you can submit visa application. Regular visa processing time needs four working days.(For example, the applicant hands over the application on Friday and the visa will be ready for collection on next Wednesday).

You need first book an appointment in advance via the CVASC's website for submission.

The required documents are:
1. your passport
2. one passport photo
3. fill out visa application form V. 2011A and V.2011B
4. netherlands residence permit and its copy
5. an Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by the authorized Chinese unit (Chinese government departments, companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
