How to book the earliest train tickets from guangzhou to changsha for the hard seat?

I want to go from guangzhou at 6:00 am or 7:00am to changsha with a hard seat ticket. Pls help me. How to book it online? There is only soft sleeper n hard sleeper for guangzhou to changsha in this website. Thank u
