If so, where can I catch the bus? I live in Ming de Men and my family and I would like to spend some time in the mountains. Would you suggest this city as a good destination for 2-3 days?

Yes, it is XiKang High Speed Way. The express bus go through this road and takes about 2 hours. You can go to Chengnan Long-distance Bus Station to take the bus. It is easy for you to catch a taxi from Mingdemen to Chengnan Long-distance Bus Station.  It is OK for you to stay there for 2-3 days.
