You can take a direct coach from the airport to Ankang first. It takes 3h and costs CNY96. The schedules are 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 18:00 and 19:30. You will be dropped off at Ankang Bus Station, where you can take a taxi to the campus with no more than CNY10.
