What do I need to apply for a work visa for China?

I have been hired to work in China this fall. I currently work in Seoul. I have my work permit. What else do I need to apply for my work visa for China?

If your Korean Alien Registration Card doesn't have at least 6 months remaining validity, you can't get a China work visa in Korea, you have to return to your home country to get the work visa.
