I will like my sister to come visit me in china what are the procedures and document needed for her to obtain a visiting visa from Malaysia to china as she is studying in Malaysia  and i study in china.

You need to send your sister an invitation letter together with the copy of your passport, X visa and residence permit. Your sisiter should prepare her passport, one passport, complete visa application form V.2011A, then submit the application to CVASC in Kuala Lumpur (Address: 2nd Floor, Plaza OSK, 25 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur) or China Consulate in Kuching (Lot 3719, Dogan Garden, Dogan Road, 93250 Kuching City, Sarawak, Malaysia)If she lives in Sarawak, Sabah or Labuan, she needs to go to Kuching to apply visa, if she lives other places in Malaysia, she needs to go to CVASC in KL to apply visa.
