Working Hours of Chinese Embassy in Jamaica is 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday(Close on Saturday and Sunday). General processing for China visa application takes about 4 working days, so you can go on Monday.
