i want go to macau and now stay in shanghai , i have one enterance visa of china , if i go to macau

i want go to macau and now stay in shanghai , i have one enterance visa of china , if i go to macau and go back to shanghai , my visa is cancell ?help me . tanks alot ...

Yes, it is the second entry when you go back to Shanghai from Macau. That means you should apply for China Visa again. If you are having China L visa now, you can get China visa to get back to Shanghai when you in Hong Kong. If you are having business visa etc, you should apply in Shanghai now.
