I would like to rent a motorised wheelchair (attendant-controlled) for my mother in Shanghai.

She is able to walk but very slowly and I am alone with her, so I imagine I will exhausted pushing her around the entire holiday. I am planning on visiting Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou. Will I be able to rent one in Shanghai? Can it be brought onto the plane? Thank you.
