Is it possible to go Longmen, Guanlin and White Horse in the same day? We will stay at Shacheng Lu, close to railway Station.

Well, you could visit the three places in one day. From the Railway Station, you could take bus No.81 to Longmen and then visit Guanlin on the way back to downtown. The White Horse Temple is located in city area, so you could hire a taxi driving there.
