is it true that china tourist visa are not issued for pakistanis in uae?

I inquired about Chinese tourist from the Chinese embassy in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E) and got to know that NO tourist visas are issued for Pakistanis in UAE. But only business visas are issued. Please let me know the real situation ???... Please provide me the real information and the specific contact person for real information.

It must be so, Hamid, if you were told this by Chinese embassy in Abu Dhabi. To apply in your home country is better, but for tourist purpose, you are required to join a group and apply for a group visa to China.
