About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Need to know how to take the free airpor express shuttle service in Hong Kong?

I am visiting Hong kong next week and will be staying at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, what proof do need to show and how and where to take the shuttle from the airport ?

There is no free bus served from Hong Kong Airport to this hotel. The free shuttle bus is only available at Kowloon train station, and for passengers who will take the Airport Express train from Hong Kong Airport to kowloon station.
For you, you could take the Airport Express (HKD90) to Kowloon and then follow the directions to take free bus to the hotel.
