Sir/Madom,  I have  residence permit in PRC.My residence permit expires in 2012 January and my passport expires in 2012 January too.I would like to apply Chinese Visa for my wife September 2011 to January 2012.My wife's passport expires only in 2021.is she eligible to get Chinese Visa in 2011 Sept?

Yes, your wife is eligible to get a Chinese spouse visa in 2011 Sept, but you need to apply an official invitation letter from the local Foreign Affairs Office to providing her status as dependent and send her, the copy of your passport, residence permit, work permit and Z visa.
