From Shanghai to Nanjing, great many trains are operating. Among them, it just takes around 1hr by the high-speed trains. On Nanjing-Lhasa route, one train T164/T165 is available which costs about 44hrs. For the availability of the tickets, it is better for you to make an online booking enquiry with your specific departure date.
