Family of 4 travelling with baggage.. Can baggage get onto subway train ? How far is it from Hongqiao Subway to bullet train platform at Hongqiao station

Yes, baggage can get onto subway train. You can take Subway Line 2 from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Station. Walk to the other side of the hall to look for escalator up to the ticket hall of Hongqiao Train Station. But ticket and wait for check-in. Then enter the platform to get on the train.
