There is direct bus service but not from any hotels in Humen. Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has city terminal in Humen, near the entrance to Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway. You can take a taxi to the city terminal and then take the airport shuttle to Guangzhou Airport directly.
