Which market in Keqiao I can find fabrics for clothes?

Which market in Keqiao I can find fabrics for clothes? I'm looking for a retail market for fabrics there
particularly the black fabrics for Arabic abaya for the middle East market. I found different factories in Keqiao
but the moq is too much I have to buy thousands of meters. Since I'm in a retail market for producing black arabic abayas I'm looking for a big quantities of fabrics but not that much of meters of certain material.
