Inner Mongolia - weather

Hi, I am planning to go to Inner Mongolia (Manzhuoli) on July, may I know hows the weather now ? what
are the preparation things need to bring ?

Show is reported in Manzhouli this week and the average temperature is about 25C at daytime and 13C at night. Most of the days in next week will be cloudy, and a little bit warmer.
