The hotel booking slip is not mandatory, however, if the visa officer asks you to provide it together with the bank statements, round-trip air tickets booking, you have to provide them.

You can apply for China touirst visa, but the application will be checked carefully by the visa officer because it is the first time for you to go to China.

You have to apply another visa for Hong Kong. It costs 3600 Nepali Rupees for single/double entry Hong Kong visa, while it costs 2200 Nepali Rupees for single entry China visa. You have to apply at least one month before your departure date.
