i am lebanesei have residency visa in qatar.

Question

i have an official invitation from the company there and i have no objection letter from my company here in qatar and i have also a commercial certificate that the company inviting me has business in china.

You can apply for a China business visa from Chinese embassy in Qatar providing your Qatar residence visa, commercial certificate and the official invitation letter from Chinese company. Other basic requirements are your passport, application form, photo. Sometimes, round-trip ticket, hotel bookings in China and bank statements are also needed if visa officers deem necessary.
