what is the best way to get to shanghai renaissance hotel from pudong airport around 1:00

Also do we have enough options to spend a few hours at the airport before we can take the first maglev in the city. What exactly we can do at  the airport. I do not want to check into any hostels / budget hotels nearby. Thanks in advance

At that time, you can take the airport shuttle bus night line from Pudong airport to People's Square and then catch a taxi to the hotel.  I am afraid you can not wait for the Maglev train at the airport during night since the airport will be closed for several hours during night.  The first Maglev train departs at 07:02 from Pudong airport.
