About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

is it neccessary to apply a transit visa in my case?

hello,
I am holding taiwanese passport. my detail itinerary are as followings

LO-361 /27JUL Katowice / Munich
airchina -962/27JUL Munich / Beijing
airchina-185 / 28JUL Beijing / Taipei

1) Do I need to apply visa to transit at Beijing airport

For Taiwan passport holders, you are required to provide one of the following travel documents for entry or transit in Mainland China:
1. A valid "Travel Permit of the People's Republic of China".
2. A valid "Permit for Taiwan Residents to and from Mainland China"with a valid entry/transit endorsement.
3. Taiwan ID card - Travelers who do not have a valid "Permit for Taiwan Residents to and from Mainland China" shall submit your Taiwan ID card to apply for the "Permit for Taiwan Residents to China".
